How to make profit from premium calls?
Best and safest way to make money from share market is "Buy - hold - sell" .You can not find a people who making money from trading , but you can find a people who investing and making money . Example warren buffett and Rakesh jhunjhunwala .
Maximum share brokers are washing your brain to trade on intraday ,because they earning more money from your trade for a commission and service charges.
Coming to the topic, Why premium calls? And how to trade on that?
Premium calls are not a intraday trading calls. Its a very short term holding calls.
Maximum three calls in holding.
Minimum profit target is 10 rupees per share .If three calls a month means, probably you bought 500 shares in each call . So profit in each call is 5000 ,per month is 5000X3 = 15000 minimum .
If possible get more margin from broker and hold(But buying from own amount is always good, you can save interest) .
Every trader loosing lot of amount from brokerage and service charges . Choose always discount brokers at the same time quality brokers like " ZERODHA " .
